Pre-Care Instructions
Please read and follow the pre-care instructions to your best ability. This will help prepare you for your brow appointment and help with pigment retention. Failure to follow the instructions may result in poor healed results, longer sessions, more bleeding than usual, more painful, poor ink implantation and retention.
24 Hours Before:

Avoid exercise.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks), and protein/power shakes.

Stop fish oil, hair, skin, and nail supplements.
72 Hours Before:

Avoid aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, and ibuprofen unless your doctor advises otherwise. Consult with your doctor before stopping any medication. Tylenol is okay.
Medications & Skincare:

Stop glycolic/chemical peels and Retin-A 4 weeks before.

Avoid AHA products near the brows 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after.

You must be off Accutane for at least 1 year.
Facials & Treatments:

Wait for any wounds, pimples, bruises, or skin irritation to fully heal before your appointment. Contact us to reschedule if needed.

No brow waxing or tinting 1 week before.

No fillers 6 weeks before or Botox 2 weeks before.
Menstrual Cycle:
-
Sensitivity, bleeding, and swelling may increase during your period. For comfort and best results, it’s best to schedule outside of your cycle.
