Discomfort levels vary, but most clients describe the sensation as mild to moderate. A topical numbing agent is used to maximize comfort throughout the procedure.

Can I get permanent brows if I have previous work?

Possibly. All previous work must be reviewed and approved prior to booking. Please contact Du Artistry with clear photos before scheduling your appointment.

Is permanent makeup safe for all skin types?

Machine techniques are suitable for a wider range of skin types, but results still vary. A consultation is recommended if you have concerns, medical conditions, or sensitive skin.

Why is permanent makeup a process?

Skin heals differently for everyone. Factors such as oil production, lifestyle, health, and aftercare all affect how pigment retains. Multiple sessions allow for a safer, more refined, and longer-lasting result.

What is the difference between nano brows and microblading?

Nano brows are created using a machine and ultra-fine needles, allowing for greater precision and better pigment retention. Microblading uses a manual blade and is not suitable for many skin types. Du Artistry does not offer microblading due to its less predictable healing and longevity.

How long do permanent brows last?

Permanent brows typically last 1–3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Periodic color refreshes are recommended to maintain results.

Do I need the perfecting touch-up?

While not required, the 6–8 week touch-up is strongly recommended to:

• Improve pigment retention

• Fine-tune shape and color

Most clients need more than one session to achieve optimal results.
